Spreading Love In All Its Forms

Queery launched a Valentine's card to help spread love in all its forms.  As kids, we were taught to love everyone; our parents, siblings, family, friends, neighbors & community members.  As we grow older, we come to celebrate Valentine's Day with the romantic side of love.  The marketing of the holiday and many of its accoutrements are geared towards cisgendered heteronormative romance, which is a limited way to think about love and who we feel love for.

 

As we move into a new year, let's not forget to spread the full message of love this Valentine's Day.  Whether it's to your partner or your friend, your neighbors or your coworkers, folx in your religious community or in your LGBTQ+ community, everyone can use more love in their life.  Receiving this card will definitely put a smile on someone's face.
