Queer Zen is a free virtual nontraditional meditation practice with a focus on being present in a queer inspired space.

Using breath we connect with ourselves and connect with others.

Join us on Zoom for our weekly meditation Thursdays from 5:30 - 6:30 PM EST co-sponsored by the CALM with The Loft: LGBT Community Center.


Beginners are encouraged to join.
